2. Account Creation and Security
Each ax200 user is allowed only one active account at a time. Registering multiple accounts is prohibited and may lead to suspension or closure of all related accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false or misleading details may lead to account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance. Users are fully responsible for keeping their profiles updated, particularly their full name and bank account details for withdrawal purposes.
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. ax200 is not liable for any losses due to unauthorized access caused by negligence in protecting your login information. If you suspect your account has been compromised, please contact our customer support immediately.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
As an ax200 user, you agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Malaysian laws. You are prohibited from:
- Using the platform for fraudulent, manipulative, or hacking activities aimed at gaining unfair advantage.
- Using automation software, bots, or third-party scripts to interact with the platform without written permission from ax200.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any third party.
- Uploading, transmitting, or distributing illegal, disruptive, or harmful content to other users.
- Attempting to access or interfere with the platform’s technical infrastructure without authorization.
Ax200 monitors platform activity for security and compliance purposes. Any violation of these terms may result in appropriate actions including account suspension, permanent closure, and/or referral to relevant authorities.
4. Payment and Transactions in MYR
All transactions on the ax200 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring deposits are made through available payment methods and that payment details provided are accurate and belong to them.
Ax200 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposits identified as coming from unauthorized sources will be refunded and the related account may be suspended pending investigation. Winnings withdrawals will only be processed to verified accounts registered under the user’s name.
Deposit processing time depends on the payment method chosen. Withdrawals to local bank accounts typically take one to three business days. ax200 is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers. Any transaction inquiries can be directed to [email protected].
5. Liability Limits and Account Policy
Ax200 provides this platform on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation at all times. In cases of technical disruptions beyond our control, ax200 will strive to restore service as quickly as possible.
Ax200 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including financial losses from betting or gaming decisions. Account Suspension and Closure
